Knowledgebase

Knowledgebase access may require login. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://apps.google.wisc.edu/
  2. Enter your NetID credentials when prompted
  3. Click on your netid@wisc.edu email address
  4. After you log in, you’ll be taken to Google Drive where you can see folders and files that were created by and shared with your UW-Madison G Suite account.
  5. Go to our knowledgebase at https://sites.google.com/wisc.edu/ece-computer-support/
  6. If prompted, select your netid@wisc.edu again

If you’re using the same browser, you may be able to visit the knowledgebase directly next time, but if you see a 404 error, follow the steps above.
